Our landscape designers have years of experience in the landscape industry. They will work closely with you to develop a plan that will provide your family or company with a unique landscape environment that will be enjoyed for many years to come. In addition to providing you with a design that will compliment your lifestyle, our designers can help you protect our environment though ecologically friendly, xerophytic, and energy efficient designs.

At Robert-Thomas Landscape Environments, customer satisfaction is our driving force. We are able to exceptionally serve you through interaction from the initial designing stages until completion. We realize that a good design is the key to a good finished product. Thus, we use scaled plan view drawings to assist the installation crews in the exact placement of the landscape elements.

For some clients, it is hard to envision the completed landscaping from a plan view drawings. With the advanced computer imaging technology of today, it is now possible to “See it before you buy it!” with our Photoscape Design Service©. A Photoscape design is a two-dimensional picture showing a lifelike representation of what the landscaping will look like when it has grown to maturity.

The process…

1. Contact Us

Call our toll free number (877) 510-ROCK and make an appointment for one of our designers to meet with you on-site.

2. Initial On-Site Consultation

The designer will arrive on-site to: discuss your ideas and budget, take pictures, and assess the site conditions. At this time you can choose between a free quick sketch and itemized cost-estimate or design package. In many cases the designer can provide an estimate and sketch during this visit. Depending upon the scope of your project, plan on this meeting taking over an hour and please have an extra copy of your mortgage survey available.

3. Design & Estimate

If you chose one of our design packages, our designers will draft a unique custom plan incorporating your ideas and needs and prepare an itemized cost-estimate before your next meeting.

4. Presentation

A second consultation will be scheduled to present the completed design. The designer will explain the elements on the design and review the cost-estimate with you. Upon your approval, the contract is signed and deposits received.

5. Installation

We will coordinate with your other contractors to choose a start date. The designer will periodically visit during the installation process to direct the foreperson.

6. Final Walk Through

A visit by the designer is made to address any of your final questions. The final payment is collected when you are satisfied with the work.
